    Our Support Team are dedicated to resolving any problems or issues you may have with your Customer Street services. Of course they are still available to talk to on the phone, but we are happy to try to resolve any questions or just exchange ideas on here. It doesn't matter if it is setting up email forwarding, changing your rapidsite or logging into your control panel hopefully you will find the answers here.

  • BT Aquire Customer Street
    On Wednesday 9th July 2008 Iomart announced it had completed the sale of UFindUs Ltd to BT Directories. This includes all of the Customer Street brands (UFindUs.com, SmileLocal.com and MoreUK.com as well as around 150 trade specific portals).

    The purchase by BT now means that Customer Street is involved in a period of time during which the business will be transferred to become an integrated unit within BT Directories. Both Customer Street and BT are fully committed to providing the best possible customer service during this period. At this time all of our existing customers will have no changes to their existing contracts and as and when we are in a position to do so our existing customer base will be contacted with appropriate enhancement offers.

    This is an exciting time for both Customer Street and BT Directories and we look forward to being able to make announcements about new products in due course.

    Customer Street continues to develop our SEO strategies to make sure we keep all of our directories and Customer Street Rapidsites as high up the search engines as possible. Our SEO manager, Lee Johnson, has his own blog where he delivers daily hints and tips to help you through the SEO minefield. If you want to know more about a certain aspect of SEO for your site then all you have to do is ask and we will hopefully clear up any problems that you may have.
